Why Should I Join TBG?

Our record of success: Since its founding in 2003, TBG has successfully consulted on over 85 projects. 100% of our clients express high satisfaction with our work, and past clients have approached us to consult on new initiatives, referred us to their partners, and offered internships to our consultants.
Our social impact: Our work with social sector organizations is recognized by the Haas School of Business, the Center for Nonprofit and Public Leadership, and the Associated Students of the University of California. Our members are enthusiastic about making a positive impact in their communities, and inject passion, professionalism, and initiative into their social sector work.
Our people: TBG consultants are the best and brightest (with a heart) of UC Berkeley. Our diverse backgrounds allow us to learn from and develop alongside one another, allowing us to put together interesting and engaging solutions for our clients.
Our professional development: Our trainings are designed to develop our consultants into the next generation of social sector leaders. Our extensive alumni network gives us contact with employers in the private, public, and social sectors. We routinely invite guest speakers from a wide variety of nonprofits and companies to present at our trainings.

TBGers are an undeniably talented and driven group of students. It's very rare that college undergrads find an opportunity to both make a meaningful impact in the community and gain valuable professional development skills, but TBG is that opportunity.
