There is no “ideal candidate” for The Berkeley Group. Our Recruitment Committee takes pride in establishing a holistic, detailed approach to assess each individual applicant. New members are not expected to have prior experience in consulting and can simply enter with a desire to solve complex problems and make an impact.

The one attribute that binds all of our members is a relentless passion for giving back to our communities.

Got a question? Come chat with our members and ask us any questions about the club, recruitment, the social sector, consulting – anything! We’ll be holding tabling hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM every weekday until applications are due!

INFOSESSION 1

Monday, August 31st | 8-10 PM

Learn about who we are, what we do, and how we do it. TBG members will be available to answer any questions you may have about our organization or the upcoming recruiting cycle.

INFOSESSION 2

Tuesday, September 1st | 8-10 PM

The two info sessions will have the same content, so no need to go to both – unless you really want to!

CASE WORKSHOP

Thursday, September 3rd | 8-10 PM

Watch a step-by-step walkthrough of what a case is and how to prepare for one. Then run through an actual practice case with a TBG consultant in a small group, to better prepare you for our interview rounds.

GROUP INTERVIEWS

Saturday, September 5th| invite only

Group interviews are extended to successful applicants. You will work with three other applicants in a group to solve different parts of our group case. The format will be similar to our case workshop.

BUSINESS ATTIRE

INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEWS

Sunday, September 6th | invite only

This will be part case and part behavioral, and will give us an opportunity to get to know you better,
your motivations, and vice versa.
